FAQs
How do I watch videos once I’ve ordered them?
Once you have registered and created a unique username and password, the page of the ordered event will feature a list of links taking you to each fight. The only way to watch the fights is to click on the “Watch!” link for each corresponding match.
Why can’t I see the video?
From time to time there is a real problem with a video. To report this, fill out the form here. However, 99% of the time the problem may be on the user’s end. There are a couple of things that you can do that might fix the problem:
- Change browsers. Safari users occasionally report longer delays in video loading times.
- Check how much bandwidth you have here. You should have at least 756K/sec of bandwidth to be certain that your videos will play smoothly without interruption. If your connection is slower, you just need to give the video a moment to download before you can watch it comfortably.
- Clear your cache and retry the video.
- Close your browser, reopen it and retry the video.
- Restart your computer and retry playing the video.
Do I need high speed internet to watch this event? What else do I need?
